Through Trust Corners, customers can verify the credibility of websites and online stores, as well as products, services, email addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, and donation links. This enables safer interactions with verified digital identities and reduces risks from suspicious or fraudulent sources.
An active member means the owner of an electronic account who subscribes to the electronic verification services provided by the Trust Corners platform. Their accounts are documented and verified according to the applicable subscription standards, which ensures legitimacy and traceability.
An inactive member means the owner of an electronic account who does not subscribe to Trust Corners verification services. However, they have the right to evaluate active members after benefiting from their services, such as purchasing a product or receiving support.
A suspended member means the owner of an account subscribed to the service whose membership is temporarily disabled. This may occur due to non-payment of subscription fees or account compromise. Once the issue is resolved, the member’s status is restored to active.
A banned member means the owner of an account subscribed to any of the services provided by the Trust Corners platform whose membership has been permanently cancelled. This may occur due to violations of Trust Corners platform policies or persistently poor service quality that leads to negative evaluations.

Its work aims to verify account data for owners registered on the platform, provide necessary information to interested parties, and build trust between customers, users, and active members.
The Trust Corners logo is the platform’s distinctive mark. It is shown to owners of verified electronic accounts to indicate their subscription or verification on the platform. The logo is registered as a trademark with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property under registration number 1443014358, dated 4/9/1443 AH.
The Trust Corners quick response (QR) code is a barcode that allows the member quick access to the verified account page on the platform. Verified account data can be viewed immediately by scanning the code with barcode readers.
The Trust Corners platform manages the privacy policy and terms of use for the verification of electronic accounts and social networking sites. Trust Corners has been officially approved by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce under commercial registration number 4030160061, dated 21/12/2006. Only the official Trust Corners platform website and its approved electronic links are valid and authorized; any other domains or links are not affiliated with the platform.

At the Trust Corners platform we strive to deliver our services with the highest quality and transparency, and we set out the refund and replacement policy as follows: The client is not entitled to request a refund after completing a subscription to any verification service. The client may request to replace the package or transfer the service to another account they own and among their eligible available accounts, provided the new account meets all verification requirements on the platform. A replacement request must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the subscription date. The client must pay any additional fees resulting from price differences or new account requirements. The platform reserves the right to review replacement requests and approve them in accordance with internal policies. We recommend that our valued customers confirm they have chosen the appropriate package before completing the subscription process.
